A small corner of the internet / Mumbai, India

Hello, I’m
Najaf. Come in,
stay curious.

hello, internet

I make things for the web, get attached to good questions, and keep notes on whatever is holding my attention.

What I’m into lately
A few things worth sharingcollector of useful rabbit holes

01 / things I made

A few ideas
I followed through.

Not a trophy shelf. Just some experiments, useful problems, and the occasional detour that taught me something.

Musync project interface

01 / A rebuild with better rhythm

Musync

A music project that began as a college monolith, then earned a second life as a modular app with clearer state and secure authentication.

The satisfying part: untangling the original structure without losing its energy.

NAuth project interface

02 / One door, many apps

NAuth

A centralized authentication service for the unglamorous but important work of letting people in safely and keeping sessions sensible.

JWTs, refresh flows, OTP verification, Google OAuth, and a lot of respect for edge cases.

  • AWS
  • DynamoDB
  • OAuth

Shorty project interface

03 / Small links, serious plumbing

Shorty

A serverless URL shortener that turns an everyday interaction into a dependable little service, complete with analytics and custom codes.

Built to stay lightweight at the surface and scalable underneath.

  • Lambda
  • SQS
  • DynamoDB
  • React

Parkit project interface

04 / Finding a place to park

Parkit

A mobile parking-reservation app exploring booking flows, real-time data, and the friction of a very physical problem.

A good reminder that product work starts with someone trying to get somewhere.

  • Firebase
  • IoT

Intro project interface

05 / Practice, with feedback

Intro

An AI mock-interview space with voice and webcam input, role-specific questions, and room to reflect after every answer.

The experiment: make interview practice feel more like rehearsal than a test.

01 / lately

What’s taking up
space in my head.

A small, right-now list of whatever I’m listening to, learning, reading, or building.

Listening

something on repeat this week

Reading

the book currently living on my desk

Learning

cloud systems, one useful rabbit hole at a time

Building

small tools with unusually specific jobs

A living list — it changes whenever the week does.

03 / a little context

A person who
also happens to
write software.

I’m Najaf. I spend my working hours writing software at Kyndryl Solutions, but this isn’t really a work profile. It’s a small record of the things I’m making, learning, and returning to.

I like the satisfying bits: a clean API, a well-named folder, a film recommendation that sticks, and the moment a loose idea becomes useful to someone else.

At the moment I’m wandering through cloud-native systems, AI-assisted products, and the small choices that make digital things feel calmer and clearer.
